MARKUS BALTZER

With over 30 years of experience, Christian is a seasoned expert and strong leader in the airport and aviation sector, specializing in airport management, ground operations, and airport security. Christian led the Handling Division at Aviapartner Group and has held various senior C Level positions within Munich Airport, including Managing Director for Ground Services, Member of the Board, Director of Quality, Project and Process Management, and MD of Munich Airport Security. He also acted as Chief Transformation Officer of Sofia Airport.
His experience encompasses air traffic control and various managerial roles in international airline and airport management. This ranges from the development of service organizations to restructuring and reorganization projects in the top management of renowned international aviation and airport companies. Years of practical experience in the airport and airline business, coupled with experience in restructuring and developing service companies, form the foundation of Christian’s profound expertise in the international airline and airport logistics market.
He is a Certified Compliance Officer from the University of Augsburg and holds several IATA, ACI, and EASC professional memberships.

ALEKSANDRA PIETRZYKOWSKA
A graduate of the University of Cambridge.
She has an extensive experience in the VC and PE investment sector. In her previous role, as an Investment Analyst at PFR Ventures, she was responsible for investments in local and international Private Equity funds.
She contributed to the launch of a new investment vehicle focused on investments in VC funds active in the life sciences sector. Since 2023 engaged in work on the Polish Development Fund’s investment in the newly established NATO fund – NATO Innovation Fund, which focuses on investments in the Deep Tech sector.
She is a member of European Women in VC, a platform whose mission is to increase the number of women in partner positions among European VC funds.
Currently in Santander involved in debt financing both LBO as well as Venture Debt transactions.
Actively appears as a speaker on Warsaw Startup Club panels, sharing her knowledge and experience in the Venture Capital sector.
Daily, she is involved in Our Future Foundation, where, as a mentor, she helps younger students apply for studies abroad.
Łukasz Czarnecki
Seasoned AI expert, manager and educator with over 12 years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of technology and business.
Focused on AI since 2015, he has led teams and projects at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Samsung R&D, and a computer vision startup, delivering AI solutions for global giants like Bundesliga, Siemens Energy, and Ferrari.
